5 tips to Fueling, Training, and Thinking like an Olympian

  1. Hydrate properly, eat carbs, consumer adequate energy intake, and prioritize nutrition.

  2. Train daily, be specific, build a foundation then volume

  3. Know how and when to push harder or give your body a break

  4. Be positive, motivated, focused, and patient with self

  5. Prioritize rest and recovery
