3 Tips for Recovery:

  1. Rest - give your body rest for 1-2 weeks. Recovery and rest is part of the process so you limit your chance of injury and set yourself up for success for your next race

  2. Get a massage or take an ice bath - can use a massage gun

  3. Continue to eat normally, at least 3 well balanced plant-based meal a day.
