In this episode, I give you 4 tips to how to personalize your plate. I'll also be diving deeper in this topic in my 5-Day "Run on Plants" Challenge tonight, 3/17 at 7:30 PM EST in the Plant Based Performance Running Community.
Eat a variety of plant based foods Eat a variety of plant based foods to meet your nutrition needs and get all complete proteins in your diet. Use the power plate (see plate below).
2. Plan your meals - if you don’t plan then you plan to fail. It’s important to plan all your meals including snacks and pre/post-run snacks.

3. Learn new skills to create tasty meals - try a new recipes, take time to cook in the kitchen with kids or take a (virtual) cooking class! Eating plant based does not have to be boring or tasteless. Have fun!
