  2. Resources/where you live-Are you a college athlete? Do you have access to a full kitchen? Do you live in a food dessert? Do you have access or ability to order fresh fruits and veggies? Do you have local co-ops or restaurants with vegan foods? These are all things you want to consider when making the switch.
