Meet Coach Kayla

Dietitian Nutrition and Run Coach

As a high school cross country and track athlete, Coach Kayla became obsessed with running and cutting out sugar and extra calories. She wanted to perform at her best, but it was at the expense of her health. There had to be another way! 

Later, she adopted a plant-based lifestyle and felt like this was answer she needed to achieve her health and performance goals as a now marathon runner! Once she learned more about the industry, there was no way she would go back to eating animal products again. But then she had a new problem, eating enough to fuel properly. 

After tons of research and figuring out how to fuel on plant s for performance, Coach Kayla wanted to help others do the same! 

As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Plant Based Nutritionist, RRCA Certified Run coach, and ACE certified personal trainer, Coach Kayla can help you achieve your goals too!


As a Registered Dietitian, I have experience working with eating disorders, gut issues (including SIBO, IBS, celiac, Crohn's, constipation), weight loss/gain, anxiety/depression, transitioning to a whole-food plant-based eating pattern, general healthy eating, and sports nutrition.
